障礙女性乳房攝影檢查可以去哪裡

前年我們進行的身心障礙女性婦、產科、乳房就醫經驗調查中，有為障礙女性分享 「衛生所年年通知我做乳房攝影，因為被告知無法上攝影車而轉介到附近的醫學中心，卻一樣因為無法站立而延擱，深感遺憾」。 因此，我們透過性平會提案要求國民健康署了解到底現有的醫療院所中，有哪些醫院的設備是適合肢體障礙者可以使用。 

今年2月時，我們與國民健康署一同討論請醫療院所自行調查回報的表格內容，從使用者的角度思考，預約的管道是否多元、有沒有無障礙的更衣空間、如果沒有無障礙更衣間，那就近有沒有無障礙廁所可以更換衣服、檢查室的空間輪椅可不可以迴轉、乳房攝影檢查機器的高度是多少？是否可以坐著檢查？

衛福部國民健康署12月份公告調查結果，大家可以在國民健康署網站中找到「乳房X光攝影醫療機構無障礙友善一覽表」， 可以利用搜尋的方式找到自己附近或常去的醫院， 了解相關的資訊。

  1. 環境空間的門寬是不是可以讓你的輪椅進去，裡面的空間是否可以讓你的輪椅迴轉。
  2. 環境空間的更衣間，雖然有更衣間但不一定有無障礙的空間，因此也請他們調查附近是否有無障礙廁所可以更換，或者也可以詢問他們有什麼替代方案可以更換衣服。 
  3. 能不能坐在輪椅上或者是坐著檢查呢？表格最後一欄提到部分醫院有提供特殊檢查椅，或者想去檢查的朋友可以量一下自己胸部下圍離地板的距離是否大於想要前往醫院的檢查台距離地面的最低高度。
  4. 乳房攝影檢查還有許多需要配合的動作，欲前往檢查的朋友可以事前用電話與醫院聯絡了解狀況。
